Italian porcelain Ginori 1735 inspired the artist with high quality and antique proportions. The Richard Ginori manufactory, which produces high quality porcelain, has existed since 1735 and is so famous that many Italians call all exquisite plates and tureens “Ginori” regardless of their brand. The production cycle of the enterprise has remained the same as it was two hundred years ago – from kneading soft porcelain mass to final firing. The main role in such production is played not so much by technical equipment as by the hands of workers. And the workers say that porcelain comes to life only when the master slowly and lovingly breathes his soul into it.

Tea set “Miklukho” – a memory of magical lands. Each item is unique, because it is painted by the author in one copy without preliminary sketches. But the most interesting thing is that the drawings on the items of the service are not repeated, although they are united by one creative idea. Boris Danilov is famous in Ukraine and in the world. The artist’s works of authorship are in the National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Art, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the Museum of Modern Art in Khmelnytsky, as well as in many private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Europe, America and Japan. The artist’s “porcelain message” is timeless.

The exhibition presents author’s forms: vases-spheres “Old manuscript“ and “Purple“. Italian porcelain Ginori 1735 inspired the artist with high quality porcelain and antique proportions. Vases “Travels“, “Scrolls“ and “Knossos“ are a free transformation of poetic images in refined overglaze painting. Tea set “Miklukho“ is a memory of magical lands.
