The master class will be dedicated to the art of teppanyaki. Teppanyaki is both a show cooking and a cooking method. The name comes from the words “tepan” – a sheet of iron and “yaki” – grilled or fried. In other words, it is a tradition to fry food on a hot surface in front of guests.
The culinary master class includes cooking three courses (appetizer, main course, dessert) and tasting.
M-Gourmet is a unique project by MANDARIN MAISON dedicated to the high culture of the table, the rules of etiquette and Art de Vivre. Master classes and seminars are conducted by renowned experts in the field of secular etiquette and haute cuisine.
During the master classes, guests receive practically applicable knowledge in the most concentrated and visual form, which will serve as an effective integration into the world of culinary art. The first master class was dedicated to the art of teppanyaki.
The culinary master class is conducted by Viktor Tonkoglas, a chef with many years of experience in leading Japanese restaurants. He studied with the same guru as Fuchiwara-san, Taioda-san, Yoshihiro-san.
