His experience includes a dozen of European Michelin stars restaurants: from famous Alain Ducasse (*** Michelin), to La Maison Blanche (** Michelin), Jacques Cagna (** Michelin), Restaurant Joel Robouchon ( *** Michelin) and Michel Rostang (** Michelin). Guests tasted three dishes: a sous-vide duck, a seabass fillet with green peas puree and a prosecco cocktail with apple sorbet.
