Boris Danilov’s White Gold. Porcellana is a new collection created specifically for the exhibition. Beauty, positive and high aesthetics in the art works, the uniqueness of each object are distinguished by the artist’s pat tern. Porcelain is a source of information from past centuries. Boris Danilov loves the whole porcelain process. Fire – 1360 degrees – removes the secondary, leaving the essence of the art work.
The exhibition presents author’s forms: vases-spheres “Old manuscript“ and “Purple“. Italian porcelain Ginori 1735 inspired the artist with high quality porcelain and antique proportions. Vases “Travels“, “Scrolls“ and “Knossos“ are a free transformation of poetic images in refined overglaze painting. Tea set “Miklukho“ is a memory of magical lands. Tea set “PHO- TO“ are photographs from an old album.
The “Almond“ coffee set reflects the shadows of an almond tree in the midday heat. Series “Farm“ transmits the sound of footsteps along a rocky road. The exposition presents an installation made of white author’s cocoons and spheres «Lotus». Boris Danilov is well known artist in Ukraine as well as in the world.
