In 2000, Josef Nalepa personally presented Oleksandra with “The Key of Prague” Medal, an award and the “Key from Prague” medal from the Union of Czech Artists and Sculptors for achievements in the development of the socio-cultural sphere of Prague.

Alexander is an innovator, he always expressed an internal protest that coincided with, or, conversely, went against the social and cultural life of the 80-90s and today. Alexander’s painting was purchased as a gift to Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II. In addition, his paintings are in the collection of the Odessa Museum of Western and Oriental Art, in the private collection of Baroness Jana Germenis-Hildprandt in the Czech castle Blatna and in the Embassy of Ireland in Prague.
